Country Manager Sweden (Electrical Engineering)

With more than 75 years of experience, ELTAKO is a leading player in switching technology, building management, and automation. Our relays, dimmers, kWh meters, and smart home solutions make buildings across Europe more efficient, safer, and future-proof. 

To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a Country Manager Sweden with strong commercial and technical expertise who will further establish and grow the ELTAKO brand in the Swedish market. 

• You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of the Swedish market 
• You develop and implement local sales and growth strategies 
• You are responsible for leading, supporting, and developing the Swedish ELTAKO team of five employees, ensuring strong collaboration and performance across all local activities 
• You build and maintain long-term partnerships with wholesalers, installers, system integrators, and key accounts 
• You lead business development activities and identify new market opportunities 
• You represent ELTAKO at customer meetings, trade fairs, seminars, and industry events 
• You act as the main contact person for the Swedish market and closely collaborate with the international headquarters 
• You monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs 
• You support and coordinate local sales activities, trainings, and product presentations 

• Several years of experience in sales or business development within the electrical engineering or building automation industry 
• Strong understanding of the Swedish electrical market and distribution landscape 
• Experience working with wholesalers, installers, and technical decision-makers 
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on and proactive approach 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills 
• Technical background in electrical engineering or comparable industry experience 
• Fluent in Swedish and English, German is a plus 
• Willingness to travel within Sweden 
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
